A Syrian-born fitness enthusiast with a passion for health and nutrition; Moe spotted a gap in the market for Middle-Eastern themed meal plan packages that centered around healthy, quality home-cooked meals - something that is frequently becoming a rare evening staple for busy urbanites caught up in the hustle and bustle of Dubai life.
Using his mother's recipes, Moe launched Lite Bite in 2023. It has since become popular among the UAE's fitness community, with many applauding his healthy take on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine, while still staying true to their roots. Under the leadership of Zayed Al Mentheri, his receipes have grown Lite Bite into a national food distribution network to be proud of.
Zayed is a UAE national, based in Abu Dhabi. A Contract Engineer by trade, he is an investor and - like Mohammed - a fitness enthusiast with a passion for nutrition and bodybuilding. United in their passion for healthy and hearty Middle Eastern food, both he and Moe joined forces in 2023 to turn the concept of Lite Bite into reality. And they've been going strong ever since.
Alongside his passion for start-ups, Zayed is an avid bodybuilder and spends most of his time pursuing both hobbies while juggling a full-time career in corporate. He holds a diploma in Network Engineering from the Abu Dhabi College of Technology and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Dubai.
